Announcing July Boot Camp!

We’re at it again – it’s boot camp revival with the announcement of the 3rd series, now open for registration until Thursday, July 2nd!

We’ve had some amazing times already this spring and summer at the park, including a recent FIERCE workout in a torrential downpour! These ladies are troopers and HARD WORKERS! Join them and get fit for life at the July Series!

We’re nearing the halfway mark in the May series…which means it’s already time to announce open registration for the June boot camp in Veteran’s Memorial Park! Same time, same place, same butt kickin’ workout, different dates! The June series begins Monday, June 8th and ends Friday, July 3rd. Right in time to bare the bikini for the 4th of July!

Spring Boot Camp Registration is Now Open!

Yay!! It’s time to kick the winter ‘blahs’ and welcome the spring weather with a fun alternative to those monotonous indoor “dreadmill” workouts! Why not shed fat fast, build endurance and core strength while meeting new people and enjoying some of the most beautiful scenery Boise has to offer?

Poise Fitness Boot Camp offers a fun and challenging environment, where you will learn to push yourself to higher levels of physical and mental toughness. Each training day is carefully planned by a certified personal trainer and is comprised of cardio, resistance training, agility and speed training, plyometrics and stretching segments, all done in Veteran’s Memorial Park in Boise and this year I’ve added a second camp at Merrill Community Park in Eagle! You will lose body fat, increase muscle tone, and gain body confidence by committing to 60 minutes, 2 or 3 days a week for 4 to 6 weeks.

Here are just a few of the benefits you’ll receive from attending Boot Camp:

Calling all Nampians and Meridianites!

I am stoked to announce that I am now offering personal training at Genesis Fitness out in Nampa! Genesis is located at the corner of Birch and Franklin (take the Franklin exit off the interstate) and is VERY central for Nampa and Meridian dwellers! My hours are by appointment only so don’t be afraid to call to book a time! I’ll even give you an intro half hour workout for FREE just so you can give it a test drive! Even more good news: I’ll be teaming up with Genesis in the very near future to start a Kids Fitness After School program, which I’m incredibly excited about!!
