Okay folks, I sadly have to inform you that we’re nearing the LAST installment of the outdoor boot camps – the August series! If I could conduct them outside all year-round I would, however there’s something about showing up at the park while it’s pitch black that doesn’t sit well with me…or the participants…or Park Services, for that matter! But no worries, we’ve got plans to continue boot camp indoors for the fall and winter months and we will return to the park next spring!
For now though, get in on the outdoor action while you still can! The August Boise series registration is now OPEN and if you sign up and bring a friend you get to take 10% off your registration price! WHOOOOHOOO!!! I’m just nice like that! Spots are limited to 20 participants though, so get your registration in by Thursday, July 30th or I have no guarantees for you!

Here it is, friends – the first video of Poise Fitness Boot Camp ever captured and posted online! Obviously…my camera skills need to be fine-tuned juuuuust a bit! But hopefully you keep from getting motion sickness long enough to enjoy this!
This was taken the LAST day of the June series and this playground workout is considered a “treat” for having worked so long and hard (4 weeks, 3 days/week at 6:30 AM). Every day is different and each week gets progressively harder with hills, intervals, weights, cardio, bodyweight, obstacle courses, plyometric drills, etc. So the ladies were happy to make it to Playground Day.
